BELLAIRS APARTMENTS, GUILDFORD

The impressive Bellairs Apartments in Guildford are a collection of 11 dwellings within the lovingly restored Bellairs Playhouse. Having started life as a Parish Hall and Working Men’s Club, the Grant—Bellairs School of Dance and Drama relocated there in 1945, before becoming the Guildford School of Acting and Dance which was part of the University of Surrey. With alumni such as Bill Nighy, Celia Imrie, Brenda Blethyn and Michael Ball, there is no shortage of rich history running through the building, which is something Reside Construction were keen to maintain by bringing it back to life and providing others with a chance to write another chapter in its history.

With every apartment individual in layout, the Bellairs Apartments offer a variety of living experience that reflects the diversity of the theatrical productions that went before. High specification fixtures and fittings along with home automation via KNX technology and carefully considered sympathetic restoration make the interior of each apartment a stunning success.
