CANUTE SURGERY, SOUTHAMPTON

Reside Construction Limited was commissioned to undertake a full refurbishment and two extension works at Canute Surgery (part of Woolston Lodge Surgery) in Woolston, Southampton, providing additional space for clinics and an enhanced working environment.

While the healthcare facilities were upgraded, the Reside team worked closely with the surgery to minimise disruption to patients and staff.

Reside employees and your chosen sub-contractors displayed a high level of professionalism, experience, dedication and commitment to quality. The workforce was always mindful that we were continuing to run the practice as normal and worked around clinics and our staff and patient needs. I can honestly say in the 8 months that Reside were working on-site that we did not encounter any issues in continuing with our day-to-day running of the practice.'
