KEW SURGERY, SURREY

Reside Construction was commissioned to undertake the fit out of a new GP surgery in Kew, Surrey. 

Part of a residential development of 127 homes, the project involved the ground floor fit out of a new build apartment block to form the surgery and associated services. 

Works involved high quality finishes, fixtures and fittings, along with building services and the construction of a new basement car park. The project achieved BREEAM Excellent standard.

The space provides breakout areas, consulting and treatment rooms, administration areas, waiting rooms and social prescribing space. 

With handover occurring the previous month, two practices moved in and welcomed their first patients in December 2019.
