WHITLEY SURGERY, CHELMSFORD

Continuing our relationship with a major primary healthcare property provider, we undertook the refurbishment of Whitley Surgery in Chelmsford.

 Although the building wasn’t extended, the Surgery had to stay open for the duration of the project works, meaning intricate management of a number of phases was essential to provide a successful outcome. 

The £1.0m project works were completed on time, in six months, and provided a number of updated facilities including consulting rooms and waiting areas
