RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY, COLDEN COMMON

In December 2023 we commenced the refurbishment of the vacant “Indian Fusion” restaurant in the village of Colden Common, Winchester. Formally a popular local pub known as The Old House At Home, the premises changed to restaurant use in the 1980’s but had been vacant for a number of years before we started on site.

 Tasked with completely renovating the property to turn it into a residential dwelling, we set about replacing the roof, chimneys and masonry as well as carrying out a complete overhaul of the internal layout of the property. The works were carried out over a seven month period and produced a wonderful four bedroom house for rental.
