2022-06-30 - PROJECT TEAM WINS PRESTIGIOUS CONSTRUCTION AWARD
We are delighted to be part of the project team that won the RICS South East Regional award for the refurbishment and restoration project of the year for 2022.
The project saw the complete renovation of a derelict Victorian building to provide a new hospice facility for the city of Winchester. This amazing project saw numerous challenges with the existing structure, not to mention interruption due to the pandemic, but our project team overcame all of these to deliver a wonderful building that has been recognised by the industry as the best regional project of its type for 2022.
This is the second RICS award we have won in the last four years which confirms our commitment to excellence.
