2017-02-16  -   RESIDE BEGINS LUXURY DEVELOPMENT AT FRITH PARK, SURREY

Reside Construction has joined forces with Reside Developments Ltd to restore and convert a derelict listed mansion, creating 11 apartments and 26 further residential units on the ten acre parkland site adjacent to the M25 at Walton-on-the-Hill, Surrey.

Aligning closely with our own values, we're working with Reigate's Urban Green Developments to guarantee an environmentally responsible, sustainable community at Frith Park. In addition to the restoration of the mansion and sympathetic retention of the facade, managed landscaping will include the planting of over 1000 trees, protection of ancient woodland, and the reduction in volume and footprint of buildings.

Planning permission has been granted, and a number of technical challenges have been addressed. Work is scheduled to begin during Spring 2017 on this multi-million pound project.
